The Christmas Party period and New Years eve are approaching very quickly and we have already taken bookings for some of our key dates at Jagz this Christmas. We are able to cater for any style of party, private or shared at one of our very popular live music evenings with dinner. We have even added a comedy night this year to enhance our schedule.

STARTERS
Home made, White Winter Bean Soup with rustic bread & butter
Smoked Salmon, capers and finely chopped shallots, wedge of lemon, brown bread & butter.
Chicken liver & Cognac Pâté, served with, melba, toast and butter.
Goats Cheese Pattie, Goats cheese wrapped in potato and deep fried, served with a wild berry coulis
Wild Mushroom Risotto Arborio rice cooked in vegetable stock and finished with wild mushrooms and parmesan cheese-the perfect vegetarian combination.
MAINS
Roast Turkey with pigs in blanket, Christmas stuffing, roast potatoes, Brussel sprouts, honey roast winter vegetables & a turkey jus.
Baked Salmon Fillet in a Champagne and Beurre Blanc Sauce, Dauphinoise potatoes, honey roast winter vegetables & Brussel sprouts.
Roasted Sirloin of Beef (cooked medium rare) Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes and honey roast winter vegetables, beef & wine jus.
Christmas Wellington layers of spinach - red cabbage - lentil - sage & onion wrapped and baked in Filo pastry served with daupheniose potatoes & roast honeyed winter vegetables.
Pan fried Duck Breast and wild berry jus, dauphinoise potatoes Brussel sprouts & a spiced red cabbage with raisin.

Christmas brittle nougat - glace - caramelised almond & hazel nut brittle base, with a creamed meringue and Christmas pudding topping finished with a raspberry coulis
Dark Chocolate Tart with Chantilly cream and cognac soaked Morello cherries
